Process

You contact me and tell me a little about your trip. If the trip is feasible (see below), we’ll create a service agreement based on the length of your trip and the level of planning you desire.

Next, we connect for an in-depth interview, either by video or in person, so I can learn what your trip means to you. I ask a LOT of questions… the more I know, the better I can tailor your experience. It’ll be a lot of fun, actually. I ask some interesting questions! My goal is to really “get” you, and your travel style, and learn about any ideas
and preferences you may have.

I design your dream trip and provide to you a detailed presentation full of options for accommodations, dining, activities, and lots of other fabulous things : ) The presentation will be sent to you as a PDF document, and we’ll
go over it together so I can really give you the scoop. I’ll also send a selection document at that time for you
to choose the options you would like, so I can then gather all the necessary information you’ll need to make arrangements. Or, depending on the level of planning you choose, I can also make reservations on your behalf and provide daily itineraries for you and your group.

You go, and make joyful memories… that’s it!

After your trip, we connect again so I can get some feedback and hopefully see some of your awesome pictures!

Feasibility: After our initial contact, I’ll do some brief research to check on general availability of accommodations and activities for your chosen dates, weather in that area at that time, etc. I’ll also determine if there’s enough time before your travel dates to benefit from a wide variety of options, in order to design your best trip. I’ll get back in touch and share what I’ve learned. If you decide it’s a “go”… then let the fun begin!
Location: Fees reflect trips designed for 1 location, which is defined as a specific city, town or area where Sparrow will recommend 2-3 options for accommodations. Trip will be designed with one accommodation (either Sparrow recommended or client chosen) as the “home base” for all other options. Custom pricing is available for multiple locations…just ask! : )
Please keep in mind, Sparrow does not research, reserve, or book airfare or car rental. However, I will gladly provide recommendations for these items and/or other public transportation, as appropriate.
